Terms and Conditions

 This is a summary of the terms and conditions for
 using PCs and Internet services.
 Entering our premises and using our services means you
 have accepted these terms and conditions.

1/. Check the price lists carefully before use the services.

2/. Pay all fees or charges resulting from use of the service at every visit.
      As you know, the speed of Internet connection is affected by many factors such as telecommunication carrier's
     capacity, traffic volume and so on. Ecafe is trying  to provide good quality services to our valued customers, but
    is not liable for Internet connection downtime or failure to access websites.                              

3/.You agree to automatic scanning of your own files, and storage devices for virus checking.   
  --Please be aware: Our virus scanners may not be able to detect the latest viruses or repair all viruses and
      variant latest virus definition updates will be made regularly.       

4/. Please do not share the use of your hired PC. One person one PC,  or you will be charged double!

5/. Children under aged 13 should have there parents permission to be in Ecafe and to use all computers
       with internet access.

6/.Only Food and Drinks purchased in Ecafe may be consumed in Ecafe.

7/. Browsing of any illegal and XXX pornographic materials are PROHIBITED in this internet cafe.

8/. We are NOT liable in for the following events, such as the failures of PC / POWER Supply, INTERNET
       Connection downtime and Misuse during the use period.  Customers are required to pay for their PC usage
      and NO credits will be given whatsoever.

9/. Due to the concern of the SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT , do not install any copyright-protected software
       onto our PCs

10/. It is a condition of your membership - that you provide a working cell phone number and email
        address.  Ecafe and its staff will use this information for account validation and to send you marketing promo’s
        and other information from time to time.  If either the cell phone number or the email address given by you is
        found not to be working at any time Ecafe reserves the right to automatically cancel your account and you will
        lose any remaining account credit.
11/. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

12/. No Smoking or No Alcohol or Alcohol consumption in Ecafe premises

13/. No Students in school or other class our hours allowed!

14/. Use floppy disks or memory sticks in our PCs at your own risk, we are not responsible for any data
         lost or damage that you may incur.
